• FREE In-Shop Basic Computer Checkup - We will run quick and simple hardware tests - memory and hard drive diagnostics - and run a basic spyware and/or virus scan, at no cost to you and without further obligation. If your computer is not working well enough to run these scans, including being able to boot up and having a working CD/DVD drive, then there will be a diagnostic fee for troubleshooting the problem. The free checkup does NOT include any repair work, and it provides a basis from which we can help advise you how to proceed with getting your computer worked on. This is only offered when you bring your computer in to one of our Milwaukee area locations.
   
• FREE Phone Support 7am to 7pm 7 days a week - All of our existing customers are provided with free phone support for up to 15 minutes per day, 12 hours a day, every day of the week. You must be a customer of aur Computer Service to get free phone support.
   
• FREE Computer Recycling - We will gladly recycle for free one or two computers along with monitor, mouse, keyboard, printer, and other accessories at no charge to you. This is intended as a way for home users to be able to recycle their old computers which are just collecting dust instead of throwing them in the trash. • 30 days service WARRANTY - We back all of our work with a 30 day labor warranty which allows you to receive the same level of service you were initially provided with. The labor warranty covers only the specific issues or items addressed that we worked on, and unrelated problems are specifically excluded. Parts warranties, if applicable, vary from vendor to vendor and manufacturer to manufacturer. There are no warranties provided on any used parts, including refurbished computers, and no warranty is provided on any services rendered for free such as free checkup only or tech-tuesday help. The warranty is valid for 30 days after you take possession of the equipment, and the day you pick it up or have it delivered is counted as one of the 30 days.
